Increased efficiency kit for DNA cleanup after PCR and other enzymatic reactions using restriction enzymes, ligase, kinase, etc. Procedure with DNA precipitation. Allows to purify DNA fragments up to 20 000 bp. Sample size: up to 200 µl.
